Oxy Blast

Oxy Blast is a proprietary formula that contains the highest quality hydrogen peroxide as its base. When tested in a laboratory, Oxy Blast was proven to be many times more effective than the cheap, inferior brands of straight hydrogen peroxide.

Oxy Blast is effective at reducing many of the problems associated with farm well water, including, dissolved ferrous iron, iron slime, manganese, calcium and hydrogen sulfide. We offer a variety of product package sizes including 5 gallon jugs, 15 gallon and 55 gallon drums, and 300 gallon totes. Metering pumps, flow switches, water meters and test strips round out a complete water treatment system.

Oxy Blast is currently available in 34% and 50% concentrations for just pennies a day.

Injection Pumps

We promote the Stenner Pump Co. peristaltic (squeeze) pump to inject Oxy Blast into the water system. It is turned on

and off by a pressure switch, a flow switch or a proportional feeding system (PCM). The pump can administer 10 PPM

to over 1000 PPM. The Select Doser Max pump also uses the Stenner pump, along with a digital control box that allows

better accuracy and water metering capabilities. Water-flow based medicators also are used successfully to inject Oxy Blast.

Antibiotic Use

Livestock and poultry producers tell us that they are able to use their antibiotics more strategically when Oxy Blast is used at the appropriate levels. The overuse of antibiotics has been linked to bacteria resistant micro-organisms (super bugs) in humans.

CSP Dry

To help sequester or encapsulate a high level of total dissolved solids (TDS), we recommend the addition of CSP Dry directly to the drum of Oxy Blast. It also coats the inside of the pipes to prevent corrosion of the galvanized or copper plumbing and is very economical to use.

EWS Electrolyte

Because high sodium levels affect animal performance, this is the product of choice to balance high sodium with other electrolytes, thus eliminating its negative effects. It also enhances fluid retention in market weight animals, especially during high temperatures, and lowers bicarbonates in your water.

PC-7

To lower the pH of your water, we have a specially formulated, buffered acid and pH stabilizer that works very well with our Oxy Blast. It is so safe to work with that you can put your finger in it and not get burned. It is a much more effective pH adjuster than citric acid or any other acidifier on the market.

Residential Use

We recommend NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) hydrogen peroxide for residential use, hot tubs, swimming

pools, municipalities and industrial applications.

Health Considerations for NOT using Chlorine

• Dr. Joseph M. Price, M.D., demonstrated over 30 years ago the undeniable connection between the practice of chlorinating water supplies and the onset of arteriosclerosis, which can lead to heart attacks and strokes.

• Chlorine in water also reacts with organic substances to form carcinogens such as THMs (trihalomethanes).

• Although we are being critical of chlorine use, until now there hasn’t been an effective alternative. NSF peroxide is

economical and a safe product to use as a water line cleaner.

Best of Both Worlds

Our proprietary formula is also available in an NSF ® product, called Oxy Blast Plus, to give you the best of both worlds. It gives you the benefits of Oxy Blast while also meeting some state and federal regulations.

Safety is a Must

Always use chemical gloves and protective eyewear when working with the NSF® peroxide or Oxy Blast. Flush with water if you spill on your skin or eyes. Always read the MSDS before working with either product.

Stationary Mixer

A stationary mixer should be used to properly mix our products in the water before coming in contact with brass or galvanized fittings.
