Introduction

Hydrogen peroxide is the basis of Oxy Blast. Many people are becoming aware of how natural hydrogen peroxide is.
It is found in the rain, snow and oceans, and is even made by our bodies as a part of our immune system to help handle
invading pathogens.

NSF peroxide is available where required by state health departments, DNR, or EPA

We offer a variety of product package sizes including 5 gallon jugs, 15 gallon and 55 gallon drums, and 300 gallon totes. Metering pumps, filters and test strips round out a complete water treatment system.

Oxy Blast is currently available in 34% and 50% concentrations for just pennies a day.

Injection Pumps

We promote the Stenner Pump Co. peristaltic (squeeze) pump to inject Oxy Blast into the water system. It is turned on

and off by a pressure switch, a flow switch or a proportional feeding system (PCM). The pump can administer 10 PPM

to over 1000 PPM. The Select Doser Max pump also uses the Stenner pump, along with a digital control box that allows

better accuracy and water metering capabilities. Water-flow based medicators also are used successfully to inject Oxy Blast.

Better Overall Health

Livestock and poultry producers have reported better overall health in their herds and flocks. They also  have reported a

drastic reduction of antibiotic use for their animals. This is even more evident when the quality of water is marginal. High

levels of SRBs, iron slime, manganese and iron can reduce water intake.

Poly Phos

To help sequester or encapsulate a high level of total dissolved solids (TDS), we recommend the addition of Poly Phos

to the use of Oxy Blast. Poly Phos can tie up the TDS to allow the Oxy Blast to do a better job while coating the inside

of the pipes to prevent corrosion of galvanized piping or copper plumbing. Poly phosphates are used extensively in

municipal water treatment facilities very economically.

EWS Electrolyte

If you have high sodium levels in your water affecting animal performance, EWS Electrolyte is the product of choice.

It enhances fluid retention in market weight animals, especially during high temperatures. It also lowers bicarbonates

in your water.

PC-7

To lower the pH of your water we have a specially formulated acidifier that works very well with our Oxy Blast and NSF

products. It is a much more effective pH balancer than citric acid.

NSF Hydrogen Peroxide

We recommend NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) hydrogen peroxide for residential use, hot tubs, swimming

pools and industrial applications.

Reasons to consider using NSF hydrogen peroxide for residences:

• NSF peroxide does not cause a corroding effect on fittings and pumps like chlorine does.

• NSF peroxide can be accurately metered in the water line with the Stenner (squeeze) pump

• NSF peroxide is acidic, so the alkaline problems associated with chlorine do not exist.

• NSF peroxide is being used in municipal water treatment facilities in California, one of the toughest places

to get water treatment approval.

Health Considerations for NOT using Chlorine

• Dr. Joseph M. Price, M.D., demonstrated over 30 years ago the undeniable connection between the practice of chlorinating

water supplies and the onset of arteriosclerosis, which can lead to heart attacks and strokes.

• Chlorine in water also reacts with organic substances to form carcinogens such as THMs (trihalomethanes).

• Although we are being critical of chlorine use, until now there hasn’t been an effective alternative. NSF peroxide is

economical and a safe product to use as a water line cleaner.

Our proprietary formula also is available in an NSF product to give you the best of both worlds. Oxy Blast Plus gives you

the benefits of Oxy Blast while also meeting some state and federal regulations.

Safety is a Must

Always use rubber gloves and eyewear protection when working with NSF peroxide or Oxy Blast. Flush with water if you

spill on your skin or eyes. Always read the MSDS before working with either product.

Stationary Mixer

A stationary mixer can be used to properly mix our products in the water before coming in contact with brass or

galvanized fittings.

Residential Usage Rate

A rate of 15-25 ppm is recommended for residential water applications.
